The Three Pillars of Exposure: Aperture, ISO, Shutter Speed
1. What part of the body should we closely relate aperture?
2. Finish this sentence - the smaller the Aperture the les light there is, the higher the Aperture the more light there is.
3. In your own words tell me how aperture impacts Depth of Field? the more u open aperture the more light there is,if u open the aperture a little the les light its shows.
Now lets move on to Shutter Speed. This is a little easier to understand but we should read about it here:
- a.) the dunking booth
- b.) the food eating contest
- c.) the rock climbing wall
- d.) someone working at a booth
- e.) the DJ/MC working at the middle of the circle
- f.) the Diamonds performance.
At the beginning while the sun is still partially up and the courtyard has reasonable light
- a.) the dunking booth
- b.) the food eating contest
- c.) the rock climbing wall
- d.) someone working at a booth
- e.) the DJ/MC working at the middle of the circle
- f.) the Diamonds performance.
Towards the end when there is no sun and it is dark so there is not enough light to see from one end of the courtyard to the other.
2. List the THREE settings your camera has regarding setting shutter speed (these are found at #5 on the Shutter Speed website. Explain how each works - DO NOT COPY AND PASTE, use your own words.
Then answer the following questions:
1. What are the advantages of shooting with a higher ISO setting at a sporting event like a night football game?
2. What suggestions did the author make about using a low ISO?
3. What suggestions did the author make about using a high ISO?
Do: Now its your turn - tell me which ones look the best for:
- F4
- F5.6
- F8
- F11
- F16
- F22

1. What challenges did you encounter while trying to get the photos following the rules I set out for you? some encounters were really hard to find many of them weren't close the to spefic definition of frame or simplicity i couldn't find no one with being behind on plain wall.
2. What technical aspects of photography or the assignment in general (focus, framing, holding the camera, etc.) did you find yourself thinking about the most? Provide a specific example of what you did to do this correctly.i had to really focus of the view of the camera of the subject i was gonna take many of my pics came on good focus of the aspect thats i wana it.
3. If you could do the assignment again, what would you do differently now that you know some basic rules of photography? I would be more spefic to find the term of the photo selections .

simplicity because u can find wall the only focus on a person.
7. What rule are you still not totally clear on and what can you do to figure out what that rule is?

discussion
I chose this photo because the same picture was taken ligther to dark image showing same reflections just a different color being formed on the pictured by two images being taken .
avoiding merges
This picture was captured but object the was acquired be capture and the person got front image but really the photographer was trying to catch the flames of the picture and the guy head become across of the picture being taken.
framing
This picture has image of frame on it because the image show all detail of the building being burned down to ground how people go check it on to see if is gonna full every single was captured.
balance
This picture is well balance is well balance on its color also on the wall of the building being taking by photographer and how the flag color flow on it form blue to red and white making the flag well balance .
Photo manipulation and ethic
I think is wrong edited this picture because the soldier should help people who need the help and in the picture shows thats the guy with her baby on his seams looking for help and on the editing they move to the back making it not see if he was actually getting help and just lost.
This picture is accept because the second magazine the lady had bad teeth and the second they edited they edited so she would look better not have bad smile and not judge on the magazine.

Elements of art and principle of Design
Line: are marks made by a pointed tool: brush, pencil, pen, etc. Lines can vary in width, direction, curvature, length, or color.
I choose this photo because of the lines show really firm to image the way the art work was done is really define line as the bridge is define with wood floor and the mental rail kept on repeating.
Shape: are formed wherever the ends of a continuous line meet. Geometric shapes such as circles, triangles or squares have perfect, uniform measurements and don't often appear in nature. Organic shapes are associated with things from the natural world, like plants and animals.
I choose this photo because all the small shapes thats had on it and different ways the shape were design on the image.
Color: wheels show the primary colors, secondary colors, and the tertiary (intermediate) colors. They also show the relationships between complementary colors across from each other, such as blue and orange; and analogous (similar or related) colors next to each other such as yellow, green, and blue. Black and white may be thought of as colors but, in fact, they are not. White light is the presence of all color; black is the absence of reflected light and therefore the absence of color.
I choose this photo because of the strong value of color shown on the flower all the different color was shown with a hardcore stand on the .
Value (Tone) : or tone, refers to dark and light; the value scale refers to black and white with all gradations of gray in between. Value contrasts help us to see and understand a two-dimensional work of art.
I choose this photo because of the color its had realistic to the image to how is pencil blend goes and try make a 3D out of it well the image is almost same as the ART.
Form:escribes objects that are three-dimensional, having length, width, and height
I chose these 2 photos because of the structure they had, like the cave had texture thats was made form wind and the paint had structure form a painter.
Texture:can be rough, bumpy, slick, scratchy, smooth, silky, soft, prickly--the list is endless. Texture refers to the surface quality, both simulated and actual, of artwork.
I I choose this photo because of the paper texture to it how the paper old and how someone draw a bull on it should the texture of it just like the three the texture was shown on it how the layer of wood the three has as a texture.
space: refers to distances or areas around, between, or within components of a piece. Space can be positive (white or light) or negative (black or dark), open or closed, shallow or deep, and two-dimensional or three-dimensional.
I choose this photo because the space and the emotion of the image being formed by the guy and how the lines show the space they made when they come across each other .
I chose this picture because is shows how color is strong and how reflects out image of the paper of art and the image of how people seam to be on the roof of church to make there image almost real.
Contrastance: is created by using elements that conflict with one another. Often, contrast is created using complementary colors or extremely light and dark values. Contrast creates interest in a piece and often draws the eye to certain areas. It is used to make a painting look interesting.
I chose this image because how the color makes the light image and the dark almost seam to flow on art work and on the photo.
Emphasis:in the focal area of an artwork gives it importance. An artist may stress some elements of the design over others. The eye of the viewer will focus on the area of emphasis or center of interest first, then take in the rest of the composition.
I chose this photo because of how how image is communicate with others and express the way there emotions are being let out just as the holding a different way side performing trust.
Movement:in an artwork means the artist is taking viewers on a trip through the work by means of lines, edges, shapes, and colors often leading to the focal area. Movement is a visual flow through the composition. It can be the suggestion of motion in a design as you move from object to object by way of placement and position. Directional movement can be created with a value pattern. It is with the placement of dark and light areas that you can move your attention through the format.
I chose these photos because how art work was almost real how people react to it as if they play with it,the pho to of the old lady was taken for different angles and shot as almost look real.
Pattern:are made in art when the same shapes or elements are repeated again and again. Pattern uses the elements of art in planned or random repetitions to enhance surfaces of paintings or sculptures.
I chose these photos because it shows how the image the was drawn repeat at self as the same was drawn the first time to a lot time spreading to side of the image.
Rhythm:is the repetition of shapes, lines, and forms. Rhythm is a movement in which some elements recurs regularly. Like a dance, it will have a flow of objects that will seem to be like the beat of music.
I chose these photos because the image show how the repetition was to waves and the light bulbs are just like and being taken many time to halls as construction being repeat it .
unity:means that all elements in an artwork are in harmony. Unity brings together a composition with similar units. For example, if your composition was using wavy lines and organic shapes you would stay with those types of lines and not put in even one geometric shape.

I chose these pictures because how the image of the paint was urge on way the made almost unlike if she was jumping in the and the lady behind the image looks was captured by photo but was as paint the paint almost look like if every detail poops out and creates live image of a art.
